- Lightly buff your nails. Apply (1) PRIME BOND and immediately dip your nails into the powder, removing any excess powder. Repeat one time. Next, apply (2) INSTANT ACTIVATOR and let cure for 1 minute. Shape, file, and buff your nails to a smooth surface and proper shape. Apply (2) INSTANT ACTIVATOR again and allow 1 minute to set. Quickly apply (3) FINISH GLOSS in as little strokes as possible with light brush pressure. After a few seconds, apply another coat and allow 1-2 minutes to dry.
