- HOW TO USE: Soak a cotton pad with a suitable amount of cleansing water and gently wipe off the makeup from inward to outward along the skin texture. For lip and eye makeup, lightly press the soaked cotton pad for 10 seconds to dissolve the makeup and then gently wipe off. No rinse is needed, but you can finish up by washing with lukewarm water or a light second cleansing if needed.
